Tend to agree with Tyler on the communication. He is short, refuses to actually explain things unless I respond several times requiring clarification. He was never able to tell me why I wasn’t able to renew my license, just that I “got someone that didn’t know what she was doing” and now my license is actually expired. I can ask Doug 3 questions and possibly get a response to one. He is certainly thorough about his payment though, even sent me a reminder that a payment was due when he had been paid in full 3 mo this prior. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Beyond frustrating to deal with him.

I highly recommend Doug Richards; he took a genuine interest in my case, explained my options, acted on my behalf quickly, and always kept me informed. I had a 20+ mph (over) speeding ticket in a school zone, and Doug got it reduced to a non-moving parking violation; no points and no increase in insurance premiums. I could not be more pleased with the outcome!

I was working with them about a hit and run accident while I was pregnant. I had the worst experience ever! Terrible communication skills and he never worked on my case. I felt that he should’ve told me up front he couldn’t help me instead of completely ignoring it and showing no effort and wasting my time. My friend referred me to the practice and apologized for the service I was given and was immediately embarrassed because she had sold me false hopes.
