Unprofessional

The worst lawyer I ever had he didn't get back with me about my case and he knew I was losing the case even though we did a unfinished phone conference with insurance company & it was supposed to be continued it never happened Micheal Knepper waited to 2yrs later to tell me I need a new lawyer and I did not have a good case. I come in person to hear the bad news he could been told me over the phone.

The jury is still out waiting to see what type of settlement I can get

I apologize for the one star review it was an accident the attorney I'm in contact with brought it to my attention no way I would have given this law firm a bad mark. They have been transparent with me about every thing since our a quiantces.Once again I would like to apologize to the Sullivan Law firm for any inconvenience this may have cause.

Matt Sauter and the Sauter Sullivan firm, how shall I start, have been hallmark in my life. I've dealt with other legal firms in the past but I've found that the Sauter Sullivan firm have constantly proven to be the "Truth" when it comes to litigating on my behalf. I refer EVERY one of my friends and family to them and have even went as far as to refer a stranger to this firm. I've had family members who have had cases being handled by other firms that have stalled for whatever reasons and Sauter Sullivan has come along and procured a settlement in the case!
