I was very pleased with the settlement I received using The Hennessey Law Firm. Stephanie, whom was the contact person I dealt with, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Since I had never been involved in any type of lawsuit before, she guided me through the process step by step. She kept in contact with me throughout the entire procedure and with Covid-19 delays in the court system, Stephanie constantly updated me on the status of the proceedings. What can I say about Cynthia.Simply the nicest sweetest caring compassionate person I ever meet.She handled a workers comp case for me over 15 years ago and fought tooth and nail fo me.She constantly checked in on me regularly to see how I was and got me a great settlement.Now I was recently in a serious car accident that required neck and back surgery and I did not hesitate to call CyndiI I consider her a good friend.I was getting a little down but Cyndi made me feel better. Does not communicate well & he is the only lawyer I have dealt with that takes your case & then after 2 years sends you a letter saying he can not take your case because truth of the matter is he does not know what he is doing . I would not recommend anyone hire him that has a case in Missouri or Illinois because he will not get the job done .I am not happy with his service or the way he handles clients & their cases

I hired Cynthia Hennessey after firing my previous lawyer. after dealing with one of the "TV law firms" for a year who never returned my calls, I was so happy to find a lawyer who is so kind and compassionate. The girls who work for her are personal and nice too. They always talked to me and explained the process. Cynthia went to court twice to get them to pay my weekly workman comp checks. At the end she fought to get me a very nice settlement. I highly recommend Cynthia Hennessey law firm.

I hurt my back at work. Workmens Comp sent me to a hired gun doctor who didn’t spend 5 minutes with me, and said that my back wasn’t hurt and I didn’t need any treatment. I was referred to Cynthia Hennessey by 2 guys at my work who she represented. They spoke very highly of her. (Honestly, I called another lawyer first-and he wouldn’t give me the time of day). I called Cynthia’s office, and I knew right away that I made the right choice. Not only is she a lawyer but she is also a registered nurse. She knows more about medicine than the idiot doctors that workmens comp sent me to. She personally took my case, and fought very hard to get me into a better doctor, and it turned out I had 3 herniated discs in my back and had to have surgery. I was off work for 7 months. Cynthia got me all of my benefits, and a very good settlement at the end. I am so happy I did not try to do this on my own or go to the first bozo lawyer I called.
