This company called me regarding a storage unit. When I informed them that I had made payments for the storage unit owner and that I never signed anything. Tracy, one of the most disrespectful women I’ve ever spoken to began to threaten and said that she had the paperwork right in front of her that I signed. So I called the storage company after Tracy hung up on me because she didn’t like me arguing with her. the storage company said they have no record of me signing anything and it was a mistake I was added and they would have that removed.. So nonetheless, this company lies, this company is disrespectful, I don’t know why anybody would do business with them or use their services. Make sure you ask for the documentation on what they are trying to collect. I will bet you they won’t have it. Also, Tracy should be fired. Her lack of tact will never make it easy for her to collect money, she comes off as a bully, and not believable probably because she does lie. So if your goal is to not collect any money, then I’d keep her employed. It seems from the other comments that she has not changed.

Brandon Davis called me making threats and violating FDCPA guidelines. Shady company with out of date collection tactics. To top it off the debt is not valid and I have it in writing. But Brandon doesn't care about that, he will still threaten you and make no attempts to help.

If I could give a half of a star, I would. This company would not identify themselves or the nature of the call. They were rude and disrespectful. I've tried to access the website and login info., its outdated, I cant even see the account they are suppose to be collecting on.

I met Jim years ago when I had him take care of a ticket for my son. He resolved it very quickly. I found myself in need of him for a speeding ticket that I got and he did not disappoint! He is friendly, non-judgmental, very affordable and trustworthy. I hope I don't need to hire him again, but if I do, I know he will take care of my situation. He's the best!!

Typical garbage

Company is trying to get a hold of my dead mother of 2 years with a phone number I have only had for a couple months. Sent info to get them to release info to me but no response. Got another call today with rude representative again asking for my dead mother. No you can not talk to her.

Pete is great. He did my estate planning documents, and I refer all my family, friends and clients to him. Fantastic guy and attorney.

I share a similar experience with all of the other reviews, this is a DUMPSTER TRASH company. Rude, unprofessional, 1990s tactics that are harassing and unnecessary. Asked for an email to put things in writing and Mr. Cruz actually laughingly said he doesn't have one after I grew tired of his non-stop talking and attempt to tell me what to do instead of listening so things could be resolved which I'm not telling you on the phone, ALL NEEDS TO BE IN WRITING. If you don't really have an email address how can you really be working for clients in this day and age? Comical. Legitimately operating to collect legitimate debts would work so much better than you're attempting to be the rudest most titillating collector of debts ever. Get a life dude. Practice better and stop taking advantage of people to make a buck.

They call all the time from different phone numbers and they won’t even leave a voicemail! When you do answer they hang up! This company is very unprofessional!

This company calls my phone atleast 5 times daily when I pick up they hang up on me I called them told them to stop calling but they still call I have blocked them from every number I can but they still call I owe no debt stop calling me
