If you are looking for a divorce attorney, you are likely in a tough spot. I was worried if I would be able to afford a good attorney, but the reality is can you afford a bad attorney or no attorney at all. Jonathon and his staff were the perfect fit for me. As soon as you call and speak to Candice you instantly feel better. She is so kind and her personality is very calming. Jonathon was always levelheaded and helped keep me from getting emotionally worked up. My divorce lasted almost 2 years and was very stressful, but Jonathon had the right balance of keeping on top of everything without trying to nickel and dime you for billable hours. His billing was always clearly broken down, so I never questioned what work I was paying for. Jessica is also a pleasure to work with and was always there to answer a quick question or help me fill out needed paperwork. I never felt rushed or unimportant. I got as good of an outcome as possible and was very happy with my overall experience. If you have made it this far do yourself a favor and at least reach out and see if the Marks law firm is a good fit for you.

Jonathan and his team went above and beyond my expectations when they guided me through my complex international divorce. He told me everything was going to be ok and he made sure it was. What a journey it’s been. When this journey started, I was about 7 years younger going through a very difficult divorce. I initially had a different attorney but was referred to Jonathan and his firm by a close friend. She swore he would make sure I came out ok. I went to meet with him and described my case and he advised me I would be good. Knowing I was going up against someone who was familiar with the law and knew how to spin a story, he assured me not to worry cause he wasn’t. Jonathan answered every call and every email sent timely even taking the time to speak with me late in the evening. I can’t thank he and his staff enough for walking me off the ledge multiple times. Even post divorce, he took the time to respond to my emails with questions over the years. Here we are years later, my son and I getting closure as he facilitated the parenting plan for sole physical custody. If you need an honest well versed lawyer in legal matters who has exceptional attention to details and knows his way around a court room, then I’d definitely pick The Marks Law Firm….
