This man is a genius when it comes to traffic law and advice in general. He has helped me out countless times, at a reasonable rate. Always friendly, helpful, and professional, even when my traffic problems were obscure, he was able to shine light on them. I believe that there are no better lawyer in St. Louis than Jim Feely. I recommend him highly to any who reads this, and my friends and family alike.

I mean the lady on the phone seemed pleasant enough, she was calling trying to get ahold of my worthless father who apparently owes them money. I gave her an updated number and she bid me good day. Honestly you cant be mad about a collection agency trying to collect money. You owe it, own up to it already folks. "Difficult to work with/anger issues" did not seem like an issue here, as I was most likely quite annoying in asking questions and the lady I spoke with was patient and didnt give up the info I was asking for, as per law, I assume. Y'all need to calm down and pay your goddamn bills.

This company is harrassing by calling and being so verbally violent on the phone. When I told them to take me off the calling list the man yelled something and then hung up on me. Their a joke and this business will go under very soon. no doubt. I should report them to my local policy for the way the man kept calling and his violent verbal attack over the phone. There a scam and I know will be shut down soon.

I was extremely impressed with Mark Dean's work through each phase and progression of my SSDI case. Mark and I met at his satellite office in Edwardsville, IL. His meeting availability, legal knowledge, engaging/dynamic work ethic, and overall easygoing attitude/demeanor accented each meeting. With his strong written/computer documented support and superior ethics within SSDI law, my case progressed to a positive outcome. I would highly recommend him for SSDI cases.

Don't worked there...my brother worked there for like 2 1/2 weeks...then gets fired for no apparent reason. He was in training, taking notes & they don't train people properly. They just throw you paperwork and expect you to learn it within three days. Yes, its a smaller company but that's no excuse. He wasn't given enough time to get the hang of it. They always want the workers to send calls to the managers to set up payments so that you don't lose it. If that's the case; what's the purpose of working there since the managers do everything. You only get paid on the 1st & 15th like you're in the military. You barely get bonus from what his co-workers told him. even the managers told him that as well.

This same woman keeps calling me saying that they're an attorney threatening to bring me to court over a storage unit that I moved out of over 4 years ago (and supposedly owe $1,800 on... WHAT?). They're not attorneys and by claiming to be attorneys, they're violating FCRA guidelines and can be sued! I told her this and said I was recording the phone call... she hung up on me! Just ignore all incoming messages and correspondence with this terrible company.

One of the biggest challenges faced by some head injured people is processing anything new. Meeting a new person who is in a position of authority often enhances the stress. Without going into the long list of the challenges before us and for reasons beyond my control, I was under great duress to find an attorney for a Social Security Hearing. The heads up in these cases are usually three or four months rather than less than three weeks as it was. In our hurried search for representation, we noticed attorneys in this area of practice tend to be people of compassion. After seeking and being turned down by four attorneys, we met Mark Dean just eight days before the hearing. Almost immediately, I felt at ease in his presence. My husband’s body language indicated he, too, was feeling positive about Mr. Dean. In our initial meeting, Mr. Dean quickly assessed the needs of the case. Gave us hope that had not been engendered prior to this and sent us on our way expecting to hear from him as to whether or not he would accept the case. Within hours, he let us know he would take the case. He stayed in close contact with us quickly answering every question. The hearing went well and I was awarded benefits. It was so refreshing, to have engaged an attorney who is genuinely kind and is profoundly professional.

Very poor customer service. Received a collections call from someone - now that I know its a husband/wife team, then it makes sense as to who I spoke to on each call. The guy called me and lied to me about my account in collections as I called the company he said he got the information from and when I called back, I spoke to the rude woman stating she was the Operations Manager. Right?! I told her I see where her agent gets his lack of professionalism. When I told her about FDCPA laws, she did get upset then! No worries as I will be reporting them to the BBB today!
