Scott helped me with my son who was in an accident that was not my son’s fault. He was always available, if he wasn’t available he would call me back immediately or at the latest the next day. While on the phone with him he explained everything to me so that I understood exactly what was still needed. After every phone call he would send me a letter to explain where we were at and what still needs to be done in order to proceed. He explained he would at least get my son a certain dollar amount at the first consultation and followed through with it until the end.
