I hired them to go against a well known broker in NY. It wasn’t a big case so most other lawyers wouldn’t handle it. But Bruce took the case and effectively got me a decent settlement. They were professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I want to recommend the services of Oakes & Fosher to anyone who has had an issue with a broker/dealer/financial advisor who may have abused their authority, invested unsuitably or misrepresented information resulting in losses.
