I'm in real estate sales and Brad is always available at the drop of a hat if I have any questions on a particular contract/form that might have loose wording or language. He's helped me out with surveys and potential title issues as well on some of my deals. I've known him for a long time and can trust him with anything that I or my clients might need consulting on.
