THIS LAWYER FAILED TO INFORM THE CLIENT THAT HE LOST HIS LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN APRIL OF 2021 FOR NOT ANSWERING TO HIS CLIENTS ON TIME. HE KNOWINGLY MESSED UP A DIVORCE CASE THAT WAS IN PROCESS. DID NOT ANSWER A WHOLE BUNCH OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

David Dalton was absolutely great. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. So glad I chose him to represent my son. The fees were very fair. Thank You for everything. Blessings!!

Hired Mr. Dalton for a PI case where the other driver was clearly at fault. After receiving an offer of less than 1x medical bills, he stopped taking calls and never did anything more for the case. When I have managed to speak with him, he makes promises that he never follows through on.

Hired him for a custody case. I lived out of state but he practiced where the case took place. He took me from nothing to joint custody with one court date. Later in a different jurisdiction I got custody. He was very straight forward and honest, thinks outside the box when he needs to. He was more responsive than most attorneys; he has returned calls outside of business hours. It would be an understatement to say he was very reasonable in working with my situation regarding a payment plan. He really helped me out. I would hire him again.
