I contacted Carolina Adams about SSI benefits, spoke to her on the phone and sent her the docs she asked for the following day. Over the next 2 weeks I then left her 5 unreturned calls. I sent my personal information to her and was then ghosted by a so called professional attorney. It's been 2.5 mo since I sent her my information. Some professional!

Sadly this place is great in every category BUT tipping their instacart drivers an appropriate tip 🙁 Probably one of the worst customers to deliver to because they lower the tip amount to the bare minimum no matter how heavy the order can be. Do better!

When you first talk to Jack Adams he makes it all sound so good and easy. Then you have your first consultation and it's all down hill from there and so many different people. Don't recommend this law firm at all!!

Veteran's beware do not use this law firm at all for your SSDI, VA disability, or SSI. They're horrible and dishonest. If I could give them zero stars I would.

After two failed attorneys I lost faith in attorneys. My mother gave me this attorneys information and I spoke to Madison and she right away validated me, my issues and told me she would do whatever she could to help.
She's also been explaining and encouraging me through the workers comp stuff. Best attorney I've dealt with ever. I'm more than just a client, I am treated like a friend.
