Only talked to over the phone and the lady tried to pressure me into signing a docu sign over email to something I didn’t want to do. Sounds like a SCAM.

Very professional and willing to help you with any questions you may have at anytime. Communication is spectacular and friendly and keeps you update with you’re claims. I would highly recommend Madison to help you with your claims.

It took a while before I finally turned in my payment but kept in contact with a woman named Kacie that USE to work in the office. She was absolutely sweet, amazing and zero judgment. Come to find out Kacie was not a lawyer which isn’t a big deal at all.. I just figured I would get legal advice from an actual lawyer since I am dealing with a case along with my bankruptcy. When I was told Kacie was let go I finally got to talk to a lawyer. He was not exactly friendly nor personable. Very dry, cut throat. Jumping to a few days before I turned in my payments, I had a few questions and talked to some para. She was nicer than the gentleman but still could tell she was inconvenienced with my phone call and question. Fast forward to when I physically turned in my payments.. I got there and had to give them multiple forms of payments(yes it’s annoying but I was doing multiple delivery driving apps plus waitressing all of which gets deposited on different cards for my paychecks. We do what we can to make ends meet.) the lady took my payments to the back and the ENTIRE office very loudly talked smack on me and made fun of me for the way I was making my payments. The lobby walls are paper thin and they made ZERO effort to keeping their voices down. From the time they took my payments til the time the lady returned my cards back to me, the entire office continued talking about me. Now, it’s 2 weeks later since I have filed and had to call them to finally hear something about my case. I did get a new number and a miscommunication may have happened when I gave it them a month or so back. However, the number the had that was my “old” number was completely off from my number. BUT They also had my correct email since they have been sending me emails for months. So hopefully they didn’t send out personal information to a random number when they could have emailed me my paperwork when they couldn’t reach me by phone. As a young, 24 year old, the financial hardship and bankruptcy has been the hardest, demoralizing, and embarrassing thing I have ever done in my entire life and this office has taken and amplified those feelings and have made me feel like a complete failure. Mind you, I’m in this situation from being sick for over the last year. I chose this office because of Kacie. Had Kacie not originally been there I would have not chosen this office.

Incredible company, incredible people. No judgement and so easy to talk to. 10/10

It's literally took 5 months for them to tell us we couldn't get a refi on our home. We've owned this house for 20 years. So frustrating. Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend them to a prison inmate.

This place is unethical and lacks integrity. I give this place one star because there’s only one decent person they employ and her name is Susan. The rest of the brigade is incompetent. They are thieves. I paid a retainer. I told them I’d call when I’m ready to file bankruptcy. Weeks past and I decided not to follow through and they told me they wouldn’t refund the full amount even though nothing was done with my file. I would not refer this law office to anyone. They are petty predators for money. Jack seems to be in a desperation mode for money. He is unable to focus for some unknown reason. Hopefully it’s not “medical” related. Anywho…no need to respond to this review Adam’s Law. No need to save face because honestly. You know what you did. You stole, you conjured up a foul reason and that’s that. Immoral and unethical. Whatever negative day you have is the day you deserve for all eternity.

I worked with Carolina Dooney. She’s smart, patient and very nice. She replies to my emails within 24 hours. If she doesn’t,an assistant will. Adams Law Group is an amazing group.
