Overall great experience, started out with Charlie James as my attorney and was asked if I was comfortable with moving to his son, to be honest I was nervous about the change, since Charlie is the best. But after the switch in attorney's my case never skipped a beat. I would and have recommended this law firm to several people needing a great attorney. I hope I don't need to, but I would use the James's law firm again without hesitation.

Problem solved - best attorneys in the country! I had a legal case that other lawyers said I couldn't win, and I should just pay up. Then I was referred to the James Law Group. They told me "innocent people shouldn't have to cave," so they strategized to win my case... and we did! Compassionate, hard working lawyers - they truly care about the little guy. If you use the James Law Group, you'll sleep better at night - your problems will go away.

Your response said you had a staff member call me stating you could not take my case and referred me to someone who might help. That didn’t happen . I never got a call and a month later I called to see what’s going on and she then told me. She dropped the ball and hence wasted 30 days of my life. 😡😡

David is very transparent- not afraid to tell you exactly how it is and what to expect. IF the unexpected occurs you will be thankful for hiring a knowledgeable shark like david!
He is result oriented and will get it done. David’s funny disposition made the process not as overwhelming.
In the end results are what matters and he WON my case at trial.
