Have been using Laurie since way back in 2014 on a numerous cases and she did a phenominal job and even referred some clients to her. But on my most recent case (maybe just because it was smaller) was working with another individual at the firm and while it got handled not nearly as good of "customer service", Laurie would always be very friendly on the phone and not make it seem like your wasting her time... some of the assistants may need to take some notes. Definitely would not return if it wasn't for past experiences with Laurie.

What a nightmare to work with she yells at you she promised me my case will be over with mediation and made me pay a mediator $1600 and then it went nowhere. What a joke!! There was no resolution. It was a waste of money she doesn’t care she keeps charging you and charging you and yelling at you! I would recommend using someone else
