I had an upcoming court date. My previous lawyer screwed everything up then ignored me. I knew my case was somewhat complicated so searched the area for a lawyer who specialized in estate/probate law (didn't want a jack of all trades) in my area. I hired Carrie Williamson. She immediately got the correct paperwork filed and prepared for the hearing. She ate the opposing attorney's lunch at the hearing. I also found her ethical. There was dirty laundry that could have been brought up. She chose not to expose it unless necessary--it wasn't. Her paralegal was also extremely helpful. I was updated as necessary either by email or phone. Hopefully I won't need an attorney again, but if I do--I hope Carrie will handle the matter.
