Don't try to navigate disability on your own! Jason Krebs and his group care for the client and their situation. They walked me through every step of the claims process and provided help to me in a time of desperate need. They are honest, professional and understand their clients hardships.

Fantastic office full of people. Mr. Krebs & his employees are some of the nicest folks in this town. Very helpful, didn't make you feel inferior like so many others do when you are in this situation. Without Mr. Krebs & his office ladies I'm not sure I would've ever gotten a favorable decision. My experience with this firm fell far short of the 4.8 star rating shown here. First, I was left feeling led on for almost a month and a half by staff who gave me direction on things needed, believing my case would then be in their hands. Secondly, the staff were not only slow to respond to messages. But broke promises to return calls or answer questions for several days, or at all. When finally contacted they responded with lame and typical excuses. If you are LGBTQ, expect the typical, SWMO, Bible Belt/ Gatekeeper Mentality from this office's staff. Addendum: Less than an hour after posting this review the staff contacted me at home in what can only be seen as a bully tactic...Guess taking criticism isn't one of their strong suits.

This is my mother’s disability lawyer. Mr. Krebs is the only lawyer in Springfield who had continual faith in my mothers case. He fought for her and was always honest about expectations. I am so thankful Mr. Krebs represented my mom, Sondra. If you want an honest, kind man to give you amazing results, pick Mr. Jason Krebs!!

The person taking my information was rude, judgmental and condescending. I needed a lawyer and she would not even let me get through giving her my information. Call was recorded and will be turned into the senior partner. Very sad and frustrating experience. :(
