If you don't want the typical lawyer. Then this is the lawyer for you. He is more than a lawyer he really talks to you as a friend. He keeps it real and he will not sugar coat things. He's up front with you and will fight for you. I will never use anyone else . How many lawyers do you know that will call you back even on the weekends. Truly a one of a kind lawyer.

Justin Evans assisted me with a child custody case and was honestly one of the best attorneys I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He is extremely easy to talk to, his advice was invaluable, and he explained all aspects of my case on a very relatable level. I absolutely loved Justin Evans. He was our guardian ad litem and did a wonderful job. Really did his research. My only complaint is that I didn't hire him as my attorney. When I say that Justin went above and beyond, I mean he went above and beyond! He would call me on weekends and after hours just to let me know how things were going on my child support modification. How many attorneys do you know that would care enough to do that. I also know he put in more time than he charged me for. He is not one of these attorneys that will bill you for 15 minutes just because he thought of your case as he was driving into the office. He is a working persons attorney. He could charge a lot more than he does and believe me he would be worth it, but he knows that people deserve representation in court without having to take out a second mortgage or have to take out a loan. I have had attorneys that all they cared about was about how much they could bill and the case came second. Then there is Justin that is a bulldog that wants to get the job done first and the bill came second. Family court is not fun and the emotions are high enough when your dealing with kids and an ex. Justin didn't make it a trip to Disneyland but he did take the edge off and you knew what his game plan is before you have to walk into the courthouse. I know that everyone should just hold hands and get along but that's only on TV and the movies. If you have to go to family court and you need a fighter, call Justin. I hope that I don't ever have to deal with my ex again, but if I do Justin will be the one in my corner!

Good family law, nothing above average

Came to Justin Evans for a custody agreement/divorce and so glad I did! He is someone that really cares and goes above and beyond for his clients! I will definitely go to him again in the future if ever needed. Can not stress enough how great he did and I will highly recommend him to anyone!
