I had filed for my disability an I was turned down. Not knowing what I was going to do I called someone an they referred me to Jason Krebs. So I called them an Michelle Answered the an took my information. From there on Jason took on my case I could of not found a more friendly law firm to handle my case. I called Jason Krebs office asking for advice about applying for Disability. He was the second attorney I had called. ( the first office I called, I was not impressed) I gave the office person some information and Jason returned my call within an hour. Jason answered all my questions. We were on the phone for almost an hour. I feel like Jason really cares about what happens to a person. I did decide to apply for disability on my own, (not for everyone) Thank The Lord I was approved. It took a little over 6 months to hear anything. Mine went to Quality Review. However I had already decided if I would get denied I was going to hire Jason. You have 60 days to appeal after you are denied. I appreciate all the time Jason gave me over the phone. Free of charge. I cannot speak highly enough of the Krebs Law Firm. Mr. Krebs and his team went above and beyond in their assistance for my case. I was better prepared than I thought I could be when I went before the Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Krebs assisted me in the process leading up to the hearing and guided me in gathering the files and evidence that I would need. The people that work in the office were great to work with and ALWAYS answered any phone calls, emails, etc. that I had. No question was too trivial. Had talked with Bridget and she got all my information. She set up my appointment with Mr Krebs. In talking with Mr Krebs, even though at this time they were not able to help me. Mr Krebs offered advice as to what to do to try and get my social security disability started and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. If I get to the point I need legal help I will reach out to Mr Krebs. I would definitely recommend them.
