I liked Lynn from the start! At my Consultation appointment, I could tell she was personable, direct and confident in her field. I knew that's what I needed! As my case went along and I did get to know her better, she showed these qualities. I was so relieved! I was emotional, vulnerable and half clueless. No case is guaranteed anything. Sometimes, during the process, things seemed to revert back and I felt this case was never going to end!. Lynn is head strong and would pick me back up again, plan another direction. She always has your best interest in mind and does the best for you. I absolutely, felt this way and know she was the best decision for an Attorney, I ever made for my circumstances!

I hired lynns husband first who explained he could not keep my case due to a problem which was him disbarred for awhile but first it was use her or start over with another after being 2,000 into my case so I stayed with her . she over charged could not keep staff, would not return calls and charged everytime I called because she did not return calls. it was a nightmare and she will say you can pay her in payments but then she will not. I would not recommend her at all she has move her office numerous times . I could not pay a bill because I could not track her down her office was shut down with no forwarding address and statements , not sent for a period of time.she may at one time been a good lawyer but her quest to get even with her husband who was a lawyer too and cheated on her is her first and above quest. a staff that worked for her said she just became worse and worse. do not hire her..... just saying. d 3/14/17

I hired her on a friends recommendation four years ago. Totally irresponsible, came to court unprepared and just swung from the hip. Never returned phone calls, overcharged and could not keep office staff. They were always changing. Never got any intelligent advice from anyone. One year later and $20,000.00 I finally got my divorce, but not anything she promised me when I hired her.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! I hired her off of a friend's recommendation about 3 years ago. She sent me an abundance of papers through the mail. I think it was in order to charge me even more than I should have been!!! She and her paralegal were the worst at returning phone calls! I had to proof EVERYTHING because spelling was bad and sometimes the content didn't even make sense!!! When it came time for court, she no-showed...TWICE!!! When she did show up the ONE time, she had my case confused with someone else's during questioning! She lost credibility with the judge, as well as with me. I did not win, nor loose. No change in custody was awarded, which was what I asked for. The Judge went against the recommendation of my child's counselor AND the GAL. I truly believe it was due to Mrs. Johnson's incompetence in my case. I only received child support, which I would have received even if I didn't have a lawyer. She charged me over $10,000 for one court hearing (which only lasted 2 hours) and A LOT of mail!!!!

I used Lynn several years ago and she did a good job, but last year she was supposed to help me with a hearing over child support and it was a complete disaster. I ended up losing and my ex didn't even have an attorney. Aside from that, I paid a fee to her to start the process to collect back expenses from my ex. She took the money and billed hours, but nothing was ever filed and no communication was made to me. I tried for 6 months to get a return phone call with no luck. The office wouldn't even schedule an appointment without her approval and I never got it. I was advised by another attorney to send her a certified letter asking for her withdrawal. Two months after the letter she withdrew, but I'm not sure from what since she never filed anything. I am out over $1,100 without ever even speaking to her.

Lynn is terrible! Hired her due to her reputation, but she does not return phone calls, completely dropped the ball on handling paperwork with no apologies whatsoever. As I went through the process, I found out I was not the only client of her's having these problems. I have no problem paying good money for a good service, but all you are getting here is high dollar for a less then generic product. She did not lose my case, nor do I owe her money so I can say this with all honestly, hire someone else, anyone else.

Lynn is a strong lawyer who seems to be able to handle anything. She has worked so hard for not just only me but my children. I recommend her to everyone I know. Incredibly tenacious when your interest are on the line. Have recommended her to friends and they feel the same way.
