The experience at this law firm was 2nd to non and more than what I could of expected, not only do they treat you like family or a best friend, but would answer any questions I had and always responded to a email super fast even when they were on vacation. I felt like the listened to all my Issues and really felt like Nick and his team where there thru the hole process with me and felt like they were fighting with me thru everything. If your looking for an attorney in Polk county for any type of legal trouble then Brandon Twibell is your guy. Like many people I have a lead foot and I was speeding down HWY 13 one day and what I thought would have been a routine traffic stop turned out being a legal nightmare and I found myself in a world of trouble. After being arrested and being forced to post a extremely large bond I was very concerned at the what seemed like an eminent prison sentence lingering over my head. I honestly didnt know if there was any helping my situation, I was in that much trouble. I called Brandon Twibell and that phone call is one I will never regret. Not only did he allow me to make payments on the more than reasonable fee for covering the bucket full of charges I just received but he started work immediately. Brandon was able to file on my behalf several motions which saved me from facing even more potentially life altering charges. He was on top of my case from the start and kept me up to date as the information came to him. I never had to follow up or ask what he had done with my case because he was updating me before I even felt the need to ask. Brandon put my case in the best possible position for negotiating for the plea bargain I ended up taking. Dont get me wrong I'm more than confident he would be an excellent trial lawyer due to the fact he advised and walked me through every inch of my case letting me know what I could and couldn't fight, what evidence we could suppress and what a formal trial setting would mean for my case. He had a vast knowledge of all the peices of of my case and the applicable laws. Due to the circumstances it was best to take the plea and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Brandon has a excellent working relationship with the Prosecutor and Judge and his good negotiation skills kept me out of prison. I could see based on his results he is well respected in Polk County court system and would be an excellent choice for an attorney no matter what type of criminal matter your dealing with.
