Mr. Twibell is the best person to have in your corner. He is an extremely genuine person who wants the best outcome possible for his clients. He is personally vested in defending you to the best of his ability, and is very understanding with your situation. I was not in the best place mentally before my court dates and Brandon reassured me that everything was going to be ok, and I cannot ask for a better outcome than he arranged for me. If you want someone who will put everything on the line to defend you, and comfort you in your various situations Mr. Brandon Twibell is your best bet. I have received permission from a friend of mine to post this on his behalf. Here's what I do know about Branden Twibell - Branden Twibell represented a friend of mine recently on a criminal case. The person in question was a 25 year old first time offender that held a consistent job, was a functioning parent that paid child support, and did multiple classes and community service prior to his sentencing. We know that he was awarded joint custody of his child prior to sentencing by the victim of his case. What I do know is that Branden advised him to plead guilty to his charges and take a plea deal that, in general opinion, was terrible. Branden stated that the judge would be more lenient. He knew that the judge would be the worst for this case as he was called on by a group for lenient sentencing in 2016. (One would hope his lawyer knew this. If you practice criminal law in Greene County as your profession, this should be common knowledge. All it took was google search to find this out after the fact unfortunately) This was never once brought up to the client. Branden stated the judge would assign less time than the 5 year plea deal. He didn't. The client got 7 years. We also know that Branden did not object yet allowed the victim of sorts to take the stand during sentencing. The victim was able to bring forth a new statement which could have altered the judges opinion prior to sentencing. This was done AFTER the client pled and could've been objected. There are a lot of things that should have been done differently during this case. Think carefully about placing your trust here if you care for the outcome of yourself or your loved ones. I'd hate to see more lives taken from functioning members of society.
