Cole Roberts is an outstanding lawyer and person. He was extremely knowledgeable with my specific situation and the results we received speak for themselves. Mr. Roberts was extremely communicative and transparent about where we were in the process. He was honest about any set backs encountered and remained diligent to meet those with resistance. Long story short, I was convicted of a non-violent felony in KS back in 2015 and since then I have been granted an expungement in 2020. I had 4 different phone appointments set up with 2 different lawyers from their office. I got stood up all 4 times over the span of 2.5 weeks. The receptionist ensured me each time that she would let them know what happened and make sure they called me. I should have given up sooner, but I felt like they would make it right. I am super disappointed that still, no one has reached out.
