Know one wants to have to make the choice " I guess I need a lawyer" but when I had to make that choice God knew Joseph was the one ... He made me comfortable, never left me on read and he is definitely a fighter . It took it all into his hands so I could focus on restarting my life being a domestic violence survivor with two daughters . I will always keep his number in my phone and will always choose him and so should you 🙂

Joseph has helped me with two cases including an adoption case and a custody modification. He was absolutely great to work with and always very responsive. He fought for me and was aggressive when he needed to be. He represented me very well in court. I highly recommend him as an attorney. My custody case was a very difficult one. He was very transparent and did not sugar coat, but was also very reassuring at the same time.

Would absolutely reccomend! Joseph was thorough and to the point! He was very professional but at the same time made everything very easy to understand. I was a person not a client! I was very nervous on the stand and he totally lightened the mood and made things so much easier. I was able to relax and get through an emotional situation with ease! We won my very long and drawn out case in a matter of minutes! Not to mention, very affordable and flexible! If my dead beat baby daddy ever gives me issues again, I know who I'm calling! We were referred to Montgomery and Newcomb through Integrity Transfers to assist us with cancelling our timeshare , in Branson Mo. We were informed, up front, that completion of this process may take 6 months or more. The process got started in September of 2019 and we were informed of its completion the end of March, 2020. We are thankful for their assistance in this endeavor.
