We had nothing but a great experience working with Nick Smart at Strong-Garner-Bauer. He was so helpful and always made us feel like his top priority- taking time to call us often and always keeping us informed. Nick and his team put in so much effort and we are so thankful for all of the hard work they put in to give us the best possible outcome. Voicing a complaint against their "Customer Care" division. Five unanswered voice mails! No response whatsoever! Attempting to contact them regarding a refund due and am hitting a brick wall. When you do manage to actually reach a person, they are rude and uncooperative. Very frustrating!!!
