I recommend to anyone potentially to experience major difficulties in a family law case. Always abide by persistence pays off! Also, I appreciate the fact he refuses to do anything illegal. And for an attorney, very honest. Mostly, he did not give up on my son & I.

Brett at Schneider Law was literally my savior! I've utilized his law firm since 2018, and he has gone to bat for me and my family- and then some.
I had a pretty complicated situation back in 2018 and just finished a modification of that order that finished this week. I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner.

I hired Brett to represent me in getting more custody of my daughter in 2013. I have nothing but excellent things to say. Brett was able to accomplish more things in the first year of my custody battle than 3 attorneys had from 2009-2013. Most attorneys will have their Paralegal or assistant contact you or vice versa, Brett is always willing to answer his phone and provide me with fantastic legal advice. Due to the nature of my custody battle, I will continue to hire Brett for all my legal needs.

Mr. Schneider was one of the most caring and thoughtful attorneys I interviewed. As soon as I walked into his office he helped calm my nerves and uncertainties. Divorce is never easy, it was probably the hardest part of my life but when you have a trustworthy attorney like Mr. Schneider, you will be taken care of every step of the way.
