This office has made it completely stress free in taking care of tickets. I've had to use them twice for myself and now once for my daughter. I'm very thankful for their services!

I called to inquire about services for a low 1-5 over speed limit ticket. Shelby could have easily taken my money, but informed me that I could just pay the ticket myself and would not be hit by insurance increase. I appreciated the honesty and quick call back.

Edit: pushing it up to 3 stars for the concerned follow up call that I just received by whom I'm speaking of below. My notes do not meet with yours and I'm sharing my experience as how it was for me. It's nothing personal. I'm quite surprised by the positive reviews here. I called and within 5 minutes the lady that answered was telling me exactly what was going to happen to my case (like she skipped ahead month went through court and already had the proof) and the type of "conviction" I was going to receive. She told me my reason for speeding wont matter to a judge, which in fact did matter because I received no conviction for my 30mph over posted limit ticket (this was after I hired someone that actually fought for my case) She stated that I didn't need to come to court when in actuality I did need to be present. Just very commercialized and non personable. Should never act like you know the out come in this line of work, you may have done this a thousand times but each case can always be different and should be treated as so. This is just my personal experience. Best of luck to you that are in a sticky situation.

This office has been such a great help to me! I’ve been having such a hard time lately trying to handle a ticket situation, And everytime I call this office, not only does someone pick up ready to help, but everyone is also so kind while doing it. You can tell they genuinely really want to help you and are doing everything they can to give you the best help possible. One girl in particular ( I think her name is Shelby) was super kind to me and even helped my mother take care of some legal problems she was having. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience. They get the job done quick and in professional matters. Thank you Missouri legal for taking care of my family!

I called this office due to information I had gotten from the website. I was told that their office did not have an attorney to handle our pending charges even though their website said otherwise. Receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me while trying to make an appointment for a consultation with one of the criminal attorneys. I tried to call back and speak to the office manager and she refused to let me speak to that person (who ever that may be). I called back and was told by Shelby she was going to block my number. She needs to be remanded for the way she is treating potential clients.

Mr. Alberhasky was very courteous and professional. His firm was direct and to the point.
