I needed guidance on a difficult probate situation following the passing of a family member. Mr. Russell returned my phone call promptly, had paid attention to my message and had a good handle on the situation before we even spoke. He was able to quickly provide me with additional information regarding a will that was being probated, over the phone, and provided a description of our family's options, and the possible outcomes. He helped me quickly resolve uncertainties in a difficult situation. This was our first interaction with Mr. Russell, but based on his response to this situation, my family will be contacting him for future estate planning needs.

I met with Richard to go over the beginning stages of my LLC he made sure I understood everything to a T he even drew up diagrams and made visual references to make sure I understood exactly what he would be doing and why he would be doing it. Richard went out of his way to send me other references and help in anyway he could which I thought was awesome!

Russell is a very enthusiastic person who is passionate about helping people with their businesses. He’s a great explainer and was able to help a group of students, like me, understand how LLC work!
