I was looking at 15 years, Mr Hayes fought the tiger lady (D.A)and won,at the time he was a public defender, in my opinion he's one of the best criminal defender lawyer around,I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond, putting his name and reputation on the line for someone he didn't know,his investigations we're spot on,his encouragement and determination for his clients is awesome, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Well, I was arrested with a tourist visa in the US this past summer for a felony class C second degree assault and my charge was droped into a misdemeanour. He was always there to talk to me, answer my calls and he's still helping me now even if I'm back in my country. I'm plainning on going back in the US. Mister Hayes is still helping me.
