Easy to talk to, upfront about everything.

Brett has been my attorney since 2019. Since 2019 Brett has helped me with multiple different family legal issues. He's always very quick and punctual. Hes fees are very resonable with today economy. I highly recommend him for divorce, custody, or any other issues you might have! His new paralegal is pretty sweet to she new so i havemt worked with her a ton but she has been great thus far!

Brett has helped me with the custody of my children and someone I trust. If I suggest anyone, it’s usually Brett.

When I first met Mr. Schneider, he told me his number one rule was complete honesty: “Do not ever lie to me”. I interviewed several lawyers before I found Mr. Schneider. He was the only lawyer that was truly honest with me, and valued honesty as much as I do. It was his respect for reality that ultimately convinced me he was the right lawyer for me. I had an incredibly frustrating case due to the many deceitful and vindictive actions of my ex, and this man worked so incredibly hard to overcome the challenges I faced.
