Is this LLC operational. I have not heard anything from this company in over a year. Phone messages are not answered. No one answers the phone. They claim to be timeshare lawyers but the only thing they have accomplished is taking my money. No response from them or Summer Bay.

Joseph and Madison have been working with me and my divorce, custody, and modification for over 2 years. They are there through the good, the bad and the ugly. Even though I constantly was bugging them out of fear and the not knowing they always got back to me and reassured me. While I was on the stand Joseph made all the questions easy for me to understand and made me feel comfortable. You become family with Joseph Scott law, not just a client. I couldn't imagine getting through everything that I have had to get through without them. Absolutely give them a 10 out of 10!

A fantastic lawyer with a great amount of knowledge in his studies. He takes a very no nonsense approach to everything, as well as being incredibly methodical. A busy individual, but he makes sure to make time to talk whenever needed. One of my favorite things about him is that he tells you what he's going to do, and then prepares you for the worst possible outcome while fighting for the best. He talks to you as an equal and not like he's above you. Professional and incredibly respectful.

They robbed me of $7600. They don't do one thing to accomplish what they are paid to do. Don't trust them with your hard earned money. You will never see again or get your timeshare cancelled.

We signed up with them a year ago to cancel our timeshares $9000 and potentially recover timeshare investment. A year later we've seen no results from them.

This was a scam from the start. Affiliated with Option Travels by selling you travel and getting you out of your timeshare. NOT TRUE! M & N did NOTHING for us … except taking our money and putting a third party block on us getting out of the timeshare. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM … Save yourself the grief and hardship.

They were supposed to get us out of our Timeshare with Bluegreen, but they just took our money. The deal they got us was paying Bluegreen more money to get rid of the timeshare. When we wouldn't take the deal they wouldn't even return our calls. Very disappointing. Never trust them!!! Should be a law that would help people from getting scanned not only by timeshare companies but also lawyers that take your money!!!
