Started the timeshare removal process in May of 2019. During the past two years the communication has been spotty at best from Montgomery & Newcomb regarding updates for any progress to remove the timeshare. I have to initiate the communication to get a delayed response from paralegals in the office. They stated during their presentation that most timeshare removals take 12-18 months. Going on 2 years with no progress. I paid there fee and still paying my timeshare payments as well. Very disappointed with their service and communication.

Know one wants to have to make the choice " I guess I need a lawyer" but when I had to make that choice God knew Joseph was the one ... He made me comfortable, never left me on read and he is definitely a fighter . It took it all into his hands so I could focus on restarting my life being a domestic violence survivor with two daughters . I will always keep his number in my phone and will always choose him and so should you 🙂
