I was out of state, in a new position and didn’t even know this was something I needed handled but as soon as I found out Kristie had my back when I needed it. Cole Roberts is an outstanding lawyer and person. He was extremely knowledgeable with my specific situation and the results we received speak for themselves. Mr. Roberts was extremely communicative and transparent about where we were in the process. He was honest about any set backs encountered and remained diligent to meet those with resistance. Long story short, I was convicted of a non-violent felony in KS back in 2015 and since then I have been granted an expungement in 2020. I did my research and found each state handles restoration of gun rights differently. I recently moved back home to Missouri from Colorado and reached out to Twibell Pierson Criminal Law about my case. I spoke with Mr. Roberts and after a full debrief he was confident about doing everything he could to restore my federal gun rights. After a few months of back and forth with an appeal we received an approval letter in the mail from the FBI. I cannot thank Cole Roberts enough for restoring my federal gun rights!

Everyone I came into contact with while going into the office was always very nice with a smile on their face.. I had 4 different phone appointments set up with 2 different lawyers from their office. I got stood up all 4 times over the span of 2.5 weeks. The receptionist ensured me each time that she would let them know what happened and make sure they called me. I should have given up sooner, but I felt like they would make it right. I am super disappointed that still, no one has reached out.
