We contacted the office of Lance Drury due to years of unfiled taxes. We had a consultation with Lance and he laid out the process and cost. Within days his team contacted us to start the process and within a few weeks our situation was resolved and we actually got a refund! Communication with Lance and his team was exceptional. I'd give this zero stars if I could. Do not waste your time or money with this law firm. My late father fell for the advertisements and recommended him to me. Since I trusted my dad, I gave Lance a try. Lance quickly took my money and farmed me out to another attorney. She was a nice person but she did the same thing I could have done to get into a streamlined payment agreement. They did not "negotiate" with the IRS to reduce my debt, they were just the middle man. They were not communicative about the terms of the agreement and failed to respond to my questions about it. I have now found out from the IRS that my agreement does not cover all I will owe, even after the 72 months. They didn't really do anything. Beware of tax attorneys that say they will negotiate to reduce your tax debt, lies!

Oh, what a relief... For years I have carried a tax liability issue that I perceived to be a millstone around my neck. I had consulted several “tax experts” who always gave me similar advice. First, pay us a large retainer and then we will look at your file. Next, after looking at your file, we need to research the law surrounding your circumstances and that requires an additional fee. Last, after completing our research, we have concluded that we cannot help you with this matter. Why was I required to jump through all those hoops for them to reach their pre-determined conclusions? I believe that too many so called “tax experts” place business profits above professional integrity. Lance Drury, in contrast, had a totally different approach. He reviewed my file, discussed it with his associates, and then presented a course of action with an estimated cost. I certainly felt that he was putting my interests ahead of his financial enrichment. During our conversations, it was obvious that he thoroughly understands tax law (without having to first research the law before advising me.) I am relieved and very fortunate to have contacted Mr. Drury. I would recommend his law firm to anyone with a tax problem. Thank you, sir, for your help; I am eternally indebted to you. Lemont C.
