Buddy referred Jackie to me and I'm very grateful. Highly recommended, excellent lawyer, no nonsense, straight forward, aggressive; however sympathetic to one's emotions. Jackie is highly versed in the law and will advise accordingly (sometimes it's not what we want to hear rather than what we need to hear). Kudos to her staff as well for being so helpful and easy to work with.

I highly suggest finding another lawyer to use if you are going through a custody battle. Jackie was very unprofessional. Examples: was telling me how the court date would play out without reading anything I had given her on my case, could never find any of the paperwork that was for my case, told me she had spoken to the GAL and I should go back to request that he do home visits - come to find out GAL had never heard from Jackie once, was not personable and would often make you feel like she was fighting against you, Jackie would demand money for things she wanted to do but never explained what that would do for me or the case, and lastly a huge one for me - she would always look like she was attending a childs sports game, always had a full course meal in front of her face during meetings with me, & almost always took calls from her daughters while I was PAYING to meet with her. Jackie’s assistants are some of the most rude people you would never want to deal with during such a vulnerable time in your life along with Jackie. Dealing with Jackie & her team was an absolute nightmare. She made the process 100% more stressful and I am very thankful I decided to change lawyers immediately. Since changing lawyers it has been a huge eye opener of how it should be. If anyone would like to hear more about my experience with Jackie or how it’s been since I changed then let me know. You deserve more then what she will ever be able to offer & I personally would of been so embarrassed to have her represent me in court.

Most unprofessional exchange I have ever witnessed. She screamed down the courthouse hallway multiple times at someone else's client about how God wants him to pay child support. No one could figure out who she was screaming at. The kids in the hallway seemed terrified.

She was a very good lawyer very professional and always looks out for the best interest of the children I would highly recommend her and she was there when I need her the most I can call her office in or her cell phone and she would always get back with me

Jackie was an absolute god send. I had so much anxiety with my case and Jackie took it all away. She told me to trust her and boy was she ever right. I could not have more thankful to have her on my side. Even my family told me they loved her when the case was done. My dad told me to give her a huge hug from him. Jackie was so aggressive and knowledgeable. She was a great white when it came to handling things from the start until our opposition dropped the case. I wish I had a copy of the deposition audio. It was a work of art. I would hire Jackie anytime. It was SO worth the money. I really do owe Jackie with my life. I trusted her with the most important and valuable assets in my life; my children. Jackie is beyond amazing! She was exactly the person I needed to fight for me in an ugly divorce. Jackie is honest and straightforward, which is one of the things I love most about her. She won't tell you what you want to hear, she tells you the truth. After just a couple of meetings with her I stopped worrying about my situation bc I knew she was looking out for me and fighting for me as if I were a family member of hers. I knew she had my back. There are times Jackie works on Saturdays to see her clients when she's extremely busy. She always returns phone calls and emails. I've referred many people to Jackie and they all love her as much as I do!

Not happy with my representation by Jackie. She is the most unprepared person to go into court with. I also feel that her personal life with a friend of mine ended up straying her way of being my lawyer. She liked him more then liked working for me. I have filed with the powers that be and my new lawyer thought her taking me to town to argue with a man at a bar on off time was very unprofessional. She over charged and made herself look foolish ( disclaimer: only my opinion but if you want to find out exactly how my case went down call me..,) I have all paperwork and court records...if your gonna put a lot of money in a lawyer .. research past cases..?? ( Again. My opinion: don't come for me. She also talked about my case loudly at a football game in our local town to someone and told me she DID it) I approached this person and yes that too was true. As a drinking buddy she's awesome...as a paid business women...(do your homework before hiring)

At first she was a fighter then when asked to write proposal to end the custody battle because mother and I had understanding she blatantly refused. Among other things asked of her.

She is a no nonsense lawyer who tells her clients what they need to hear regardless of whether they like it or not. She is upfront and honest first and foremost.
