We used Susan and absolutely loved it! We just got married and wanted to make sure our ducks were all in a row for the rest of our lives. Susan walked us through each and every step, scenario and what we would need. She is very thorough, explains things easily and was well versed. We felt confident using her and have already passed her name along to many of our friends and family members!

I was referred to Collins Law Firm by another attorney's office, because the insurance company that we was fighting on my case was being difficult to deal with. I was only being offered half of what my car's value was, and was not being offered what it cost to cover my medical bills. Collins Law Firm jumped on my case assured me that I was going to get what I deserve and also told me that with covid-19 my case could take longer than normal to settle. Well let me tell you my case was settled very fast, after Collins Law Firm took my case over and I got the maximum I could get for medical, and I got more than what my car was worth. They took care of absolutely everything. I hope I never need them again but if I do Collins Law Firm is the first place I'm going to go.

I contacted James about helping go after a creditor that was falsely reporting and damaging my credit. I had to remind him to call me just to go over the details of my story, then he said he would touch base with me in a few days after he did some research. Those few days came and went and James did not contact me, i then reached out to him via email to follow up, heard nothing for a few days so i called and was sent to his vmail. I left he a message for him to return my call and if he just didn't have time to take on my case to at least let me know, a week has pasted and he never contacted me in any way. My case would have been minimal effort and he couldn't even be bothered to let me know he didn't want to take my case. Extremely unprofessional, very glad we never got far enough to have to pay him.

He hasn't said yet if he'll take our case. So far he's been a gentleman and he actually sounded like he was interested. I did use him for my case, won’t get to trial til next October but I feel like he’s going to get me what I deserve. 😁

He is not a man of his word and will rip you off. He will tell you he can handle a case and will proceed to be a failure. All this guy can do is bicker with you to justify his fees while not delivering any results. Stay away!
