If you are a person that has found yourself in need of a good attorney for a bankruptcy, you can not do any better than contacting Jim Day. He works hard for his clients and is an excellent communicator, constantly keeping you informed of progress with your case. I walked in with ALOT of stuff and thought for sure It was going to be harder than it was. He took my complicated case and made it pretty simple and easy. I would definitely recommend James Day. He keeps you updated as well and emails right back with any questions. :) can’t say enough. Hands down a good attorney

Chris Cox recently helped my husband and I update our living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and other essential documents. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his approach while explaining everything in layman's terms. His patience and kindness in dealing with sometimes difficult issues was exemplary. He was very honest about costs and gave us detailed instructions as to our follow-up actions. We would highly recommend him to handle any estate planning needs.

As stressful as any legal matter can be, Mr. Day made things much easier. He was very kind, listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and set realistic expectations. I hope to never go through this again, but I would definitely use his service again. Highly recommend.

Jim has been the consummate professional helping us with our legal issues. He has been a pleasure to work with though some very difficult circumstances. Jim is a "sea of calm" in a legal world, that can at times be difficult to understand as a layman. He returns calls and emails promptly, and assuages any fears we would have via court documents due to his tenure as an attorney. I would highly recommend Jim Day to anyone needing legal help.
