Just want to take a moment to thank Mr. Day! He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and what he needed. Please choose someone else. This lawyer has poor communication. And she barely advises you on what to do. She doesn't do anything like a normal lawyer. It took a month for her to file an appeal. and if you get denied the first time her effort significantly drops because her chances of a payout drops. She slows down. She doesn't fight for you, she just wants easy money. She told us they will contact us when they get a letter from the state about the appeal. We had the letter from the state a month before she reached out to us.
