Hired this "lawyer" and she dropped my case because I got pissed that she wouldn't return phone calls or emails. She quoted me $700 flat fee then made up every little charge to pad the bill. Enjoy your Mercedes you thief.

We hired Rachel for our adoption case. It was an uncontested case until (on the day of adoption) the mother showed up after 3 years of self-induced parental vacation. Rachel and her staff are ineffable. There's no description that would do this narrative justice to describe what they did for us. First, this was a sister vs. sister adoption case so the emotions were extraordinarily high. I called their office crying more than once and no matter who answered, they completely engulfed me in empathy, positive vibes, and calming comfort. Once, I showed up there very distraught and crying. The paralegal for Rachel WAS OUT AT LUNCH and found out I was there and upset and DROPPED WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND CAME BACK JUST TO HUG ME and to reassure me of the case and status. No one asked her to do this. She did it because she cares. Once, my wife was horribly berated and repudiated by her reprobate of a father and sister on a Saturday. Rachel found out and CALLED US ON HER PERSONAL TIME ON THE FREAKING WEEKEND and talked with my wife for over 30 minutes, relating and reassuring her of her preeminence. My emails were answered. My calls were returned. My texts were returned. And yes, her office charges for those communications but if you think you should not be charged for those things then you're daft. Go get your law degree and be a simp attorney, then. Because they all charge for those communications, as they should. But if you want the outcome of your case to have the judge's imprimatur, then do yourself just benevolence and hire Rachel. That is exactly what she did for us. After a long, more than two year drudgery, we became parents to two beautiful boys of whom we now call "sons" instead of "nephews". She is a badass and she shows it. We will forever be perpetually grateful for her kindness and affably value our steadfast friendship.

Rachel was good at first then it quickly deteriorated. She only cares about herself and to get you in and out as fast as she can. The staff for her are horrible. She took my money and didn't give me the results she promised.

I hired Rachel to defend me in a court case. Her staff always kept me up to date on what was going on. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Absolutely loved the results of the case. She is a special kind of person and my anxiety calmed down the moment I met her. You can't go wrong with her as your attorney.

Do not hire! She is more worried about going on vacation and her self to worried about anyone else. Like other people have said she will not call,email,or answer calls. Her staff is her family. She is cold hearted and will only take cases for people that she likes, or if you have a lot of money. I have had other attorneys tell me to beware and they was right. If you dig into her past she had a lot of stuff expunged off her record. Listen to the others on here that said she SUCKS they are right and the good post are from her family and ex boyfriend. If you hire her good luck you will need it

Rachel and her staff are very hard working, great with research and dedicated to getting the results you need. I always waited for her calls keeping me up to date which kept the bill lower. Of course anytime you consult with your attorney, you're billed for time. I had faith in her and her staff and gave them time to work on my case and couldn't be happier with the results.

Took her on for a family law case and she dropped me. Didn't even have the decency to tell me. She never answers phones or emails. I'd call and ask about how the case was going and if I ever did manage to get through all I'd get was a "I'll look at it and get back to you." Horribly unprofessional and basically robbed us. Instead of working on your case she'll be sure she goes to baseball games and all types of other outings while ignoring your inquiries and forcing you to have to pay for another attorney.

I LOVE her office staff. Friendly and always get back to me with all of my questions! Rachel was great! Knowledgeable, a friendly face when I needed it and always called me when I needed her.

This lawyer was great about billing for time, not having office staff qualified to assist with simple tasks, did not return calls, respond to emails, did not keep me informed on my case, and did not listen to what I had to say. Sadly, I heard the same complaint about her services.
