After recently going through a reduction in force (RIF) with my employer, I was referred to HKM Employment Attorneys. It was the best referral ever. I did not fully understand all of the verbiage in the agreement and the overall impact to me. After review by Atty Cody Reinberg he was able to explain the details in a very simplistic/laymen terms and actually identified a couple of points that were illegal which were eventually removed by my ex-employer. Even though I never went through with services from HKM, Cody was phenomenal from start to finish. Very caring, very present and really made me feel like he was on my side. He knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable and gives great customer service. I paid a first time consulting fee that he was gracious enough to refund me even though he didn't have to.
