Very professional.no one wants to evict a tenant if at all possible, The Chase Law Firm makes it as smooth as it possibly can get. Bonus is that he even has an app. It keeps you updated and you can upload documents and request service etc.. And they educate you about the whole process if you have never evicted before or it’s been a while. (Danny did a great job communicating and being patient.) negative reviews are mostly from people who got evicted. Matthew treats them with the utmost respect and makes sure landlords do the same

Do you own slums? Are you a slum lord and in need of scummy representation to distract from your illegal housing practices. This man will proudly put aside the requirements of the law and will represent your illegal operation with gusto. This is the law firm to use when you're doing something illegal, and want to get away with it.

No returned phone calls

Called several times can't get a call back and from the reviews the company is useless.

When I moved in my house two years ago The company that I was trying to rent through told me I had an eviction on my record. I knew I had never been evicted so I was told to contact this law firm because they were the ones who filed it with the old company that I was renting with. I came to the office on Delmar and spoke with them. They said no you don't owe us any money, and you were never evicted. They wrote my new company a letter explaining. So I was approved for my house. 2 years later, I want to move again and once again companies are saying NO because you have a eviction! Im beyond aggravated knowing I have never been evicted! I have called the office numerous times and even been to the office with no answer! How is this even possible to file a false eviction on someone and hold up my life while they don't answer the door or return calls????

Our property management company, LBD Properties has been working with the Chase Law Firm for many years. They are great people and are very friendly and professional. Matt is very knowledgeable and does everything that he can for his clients. (By the way, Trissa Jenkins is AWESOME!) Like another reviewer stated, beware of the negative reviews. They are from people that have been evicted. (No wonder they had a bad experience!)
