I was embroiled in a sticky landlord-tenant situation and Mr. Chase was able to help us get out of our lease while following the letter of the law. We were able to settle outside of court on very favorable terms. Highly recommended

I was on a road trip and got a speeding ticket in my corvette. I usually take care of my own stuff as as far as going to court and negotiating other charges but since I'm from California and just passing through I was at a loss. I wanted to keep my clean record. I reached out and Matthew handled everything almost exclusively through texts and a few phone calls (perfect for me). The speeding charge was changed to a non moving violation for "defective muffler". Sure, I paid more but the clean record was important to me. His fee is reasonable.

I have only consulted with this attorney over the phone. Which has been 12-14 days ago, regarding a landlord/tenant issue. My parents and I are the tenants. We had numerous questions pertaining to the poor attempt our landlord is making relating to an eviction. In a number of ways this is a wrongful eviction. However, he spent a great deal of time with me answering my questions, and going even further regarding more detailed explanations relating to month-to-month leases.
Especially, within a neighborhood setting such as ours, a trailer park, and under MO Landlord/Tenant Laws, they're basically isn't any protection whatsoever for any tenant having a landlord conduct an eviction on them for noninvasive reasons, and no reasoning behind his agenda whatsoever. Not behind on rent, never have, never had issues with any of our neighbors for the years of 1996-2002 & when he resold us a mobile home were currently residing in now (December 3rd, 2013 - Currently Residing Still). Before I allow myself to get into more detail and drag on.
Matthew Chase had understood my questions clearly, and insinuated that month-to-month leases can be terminated without any reason whatsoever. However, Matt had went further with his detailed explanations regarding our situation, and learned a hell a lot of important facts to go along with a decent knowledge pertaining to MO Landlord/Tenant Laws already. If you need a trustworthy lawyer whom takes time out to clearly explain the situation around the laws of facts. Even if he was able to take your case, or not.
He'll go to infinity & beyond for anyone whom contacts him with respect, clarity, & can hold their composure regardless of the outcome of your potential case. God bless that there are angels out there still, especially within the lawyer field. God Speed, Matthew Chase, and keep up the phenomenal work!!!

Mr. Matthew S. Chase was hired to solve an issue with a tenant in default of payments. Mr. Chase proved to be invaluable in moderating and ending the scenario. When you try your best and things get nowhere, his expertise comes in very handy and gets the weight off your shoulders. Mr. Chase is an Attorney who takes control of an issue and solves it. I would absolutely highly recommend Mr. Matthew S. Chase to landlords whose tenants stay but don't pay as agreed.

I have been working with Mr. Chase now for a little over 6 months. In that time, he has proven himself to be an extremely educated, well versed and professional attorney with a great knowledge in Rent and Possession cases. Mr. Chase is the first attorney I have ever worked with that when you reach out to him either via email or phone call, you actually reach him and not some green secretary that forgets to pass along your message. I feel that no matter if it's day or night, I can reach out to him and always get a quick answer. I've had to go to court with him by my side for multiple court hearings and he is always in charge and knows exactly what he's doing. Our company files roughly 15-20 evictions a month and Mr. Chase has yet to get us anything but the best on all of the cases! I insist you hire him, he does not charge an astronomical amount of money and he is worth every penny!

Mr Chase has beed both my compony and personal attorney for 7 1/2 years. He has always kept me in the loop of what is going on in all of my cases. He has also gone over and above to do whatever necessary to insure my protection in every case he has handled for me over the years. I have always been very happy with his ability to handle my compony contracts and personal cases
