I can't let this year leave without extending my heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff! Mr. Chase has been very helpful in explaining to me the options for dealing with a tenant who refused to accept our non-renewal of lease notice. Although the tenant ended up moving out on his own will two weeks after lease term, no case was filed. Mr. Chase refunded us the full payment that we made up front

I’m a landlord and had a difficult tenant situation arise. Matthew Chase came through with great advice on how to proceed in the worst case scenario. Luckily it did not come down to that and was able to deal with the situation privately but will definitely be my first call if I need a lawyer.
