I wish it would let me give a negative review. After paying him alot of money he appeared at one court hearing then said he was quiting the case. He claims its because my husband didn't get in contact with him which is false cause he offered to lift a traffic warrant for him for $50 for missing court a week before leaving the other traffic case. I would not recommend him to anyone! Hes scum!!!!

Do NOT use Jeff Robertson!! I have worked in customer service related jobs for over 10 years and for that reason, this is the first negative review I've ever written. It's also the worst service I've ever received. Jeff was fantastic in our first initial consultation for my divorce, but after that he disappeared and I never got to speak with him again other than to sign the final paperwork. I had to deal exclusively with office admins (they had three in the few months my divorce took) and his assistant (I believe also his wife), Michelle, who was TERRIBLE. She almost never answered her phone, they wouldn't give me an email address for either of them and when I would stop by the office (during their posted business hours) neither her or Jeff would be there. When I did speak with her, Michelle was unimaginably rude & unprofessional, I could never imagine talking with a client/customer the way she does. My divorce has been final for 3 months and they are STILL hanging on to a portion of my retainer fee that should be refunded to me since it was not used. Three voicemails and stopping by the office twice and I still have gotten no response. We ended up doing a non-contested divorce without children, very civil, and filled out all the paperwork ourselves from the state website. Jeff's office literally just filed paperwork with the county so we didn't have to go to a court date - and they STILL charged a total of $950. Family Law cases of any kind are some of the most painful experiences clients can go through and this company couldn't possibly care any less. Jeff's office literally caused me MORE headaches than my ex-husband did!

Left several voicemails AND emails never heard back from her. Not even to say she wasn't taking new clients. Just straight refused to recontact me at all. Definitely do not recommend.

this attorney does not respond promptly to phone calls or emails, withdrew from my case with only 3 months before my divorce and had me do all the background work for my case. Did not give me proper advice or guidance and once she withdrew refuses to refund any funds paid to her. Do Not Recommend

I honestly wish i could rate him negative stars because that is 100% what he deserves. If you want a lawyer who literally NEVER replies to any phone calls, NEVER looks at your case until he's in front of the judge at your court date, is completely negligent and rude to his clients, and will most likely result i'm having your sentancing worsened, then look no further because you have found your guy! Jeffrey ended up getting my 90 day breathalyzer sentance turned into a 2 YEAR sentence because of his complete lack of effort in my case. in hindsight, I would've been better off representing myself and i would've saved myself a lot of money doing it. My mother and I live well over an hour away but chose him due to his "years of experience", we clearly made a horrible judgement call. He refused to speak to both of us on a 3 way call because we both work very different hours and had no time to personally drive the hour+ drive to his office just to have a phone conversation. If you want to talk to him, just know that it will take at least 3-5 business days to receive a call back no matter how many times michelle promises he will call you back ASAP. He never looks at your case until the day of court and therefore usually doesn't have a clue about what's going on. He will go to court dates for you and never let you know the outcome until you repeatedly call his office and wait days at a time for a response. Every single thing jeffrey promised would not happen to me, happened. As soon as you hire him, he does a 180 and no longer cares at all about you or your case. Save yourself the time and stay as far away from him as possible.

I had the most unfortunate opportunity to work with this attorney. He was my daughters GAL. I am here to tell you this man destroyed a family. He flat out lied in court by saying I only took my daughter once and returned her at 1am and never bought her a card or any gifts for her birthday and Christmas. Good thing I have all the receipts of the gifts trips dinners her prom dress and alterations and video of us together. This man does not need to be anywhere near the law when it comes to children let alone humans. I am in the process of getting him disbarred. If you even hear this mans name for an attorney run as fast as you can before he destroys your family as well.
