First I want to start off by saying , if you’re going to run a business PLEASE get a secretary who will touch bases with your clients. David is not the issue, he’s actually very informative and was pleasant to deal with, his secretary NEVER touch bases with clients if it wasn’t for me calling I would be completely in the dark!!! The only time I get updates shouldn’t be when I call! I’m pretty sure a lot of clients have went else where do his secretary’s incompetence

Just one comment...My mother came into Bill Hardwick and was seeking compensation for a rent to own contract. Judgement was granted but still no monies to be seen. Was told that Bill was working on getting DFAS (yes they are Military) to resolve that issues. That was almost 2 years ago and she is still waiting. One would assume that you would paid once a job is completed. Yes he was paid upfront in full. Wow sadly disappointed as I am a retired Veteran myself. Makes one wonder.

I live about 3 hours away from where I received my speeding ticket, and since I couldn’t go into court myself I hired Attorney Hooper to represent me. She was very helpful, and responsive, and I was at ease knowing she was handling my case. Whenever I reached out I always heard back from her. She is a one woman army, and gets things done. I spoke with a paralegal regarding a case, she well informed what I needed to do. Living out of state so it’s hard to communicate with them due to this pandemic. Got a speeding ticket in MO while on military orders so I reached out to this attorney. I reached out to them today regarding what steps to take next so we can move forward with the payment. She was inconveniently rude and extremely arrogant. If you are a service member, I do not recommended dealing with Deborah.
