Very update for your needs

UPDATE: Since there is a reply from Ordner, I feel I need to modify my post (with exactly the same position). The comment by Ordner about the national leadership team decision is absurd, and offensive to me. After Order summarily dropped my claim, I am now with one of the lead council firms. They gladly took the case, and it should not always about how much money Ordner can make off a claim and an individual, don't believe a word on the website about they are consumer advocates... they are not; the firm I am with is). But I still hate leaving bad reviews. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. HOWEVER, I was referred to Onder related to the Philips CPAP matter, and what a huge mistake! My reasoning is simple: 1. When you would try to supply information or inquire about the case, you would be met with an attitude that you were bothering them to the point of saying “calling us just slows our work down. 2. Without sharing details, I had been out of town, I received a letter they would no longer persue the case … over a week BEFORE they called saying they were considering dropping the car but wanted more information. I don’t suggest I know what goes on with massive torts …but this firm appears to only want to cherry pick looking for settlements … not the best interest of the client …. There are many many reasons I should still be part of th litigate pending. I have a new firm and they are exactly what I was hoping Onder WOULD have been. I would really think the before contracting with this firm.

This place has very poor communication. My case has taken way longer then it should. I signed a document for settlement and still haven’t received anything. Going to be making a few calls to see what can be done and have it looked into. I definitely do not recommend this law firm.

VERY GOOD LAW FIRM FROM WHAT I READ ABOUT

Horrible Law firm .always a different answer and another excuse to make everyone wait .also they are very good at updating peoples address and information .I believe that is all they DO!!!!

Stop corsponding, no answer emails no Anse phone calls, There 800 number lucky if someone answer that, I have been abandoned with no explanation
