This place is a joke. I go through the whole process of giving them all my information signing the paper work. I'm informed that They are now representing me. I asked the paralegal question about Bill I received for damaging a Divider wall on the highway to be sure it wouldn't affect anything that they were going to be doing. She was extremely rude Telling me she couldn't advise me about that and then says " do you even have the money to pay that bill?" This wasn't genuine Concern it was outright condensending. Then the next day I received an email not even a phone call and email stating that they will no longer be able to help me. Why wouldn't they have done their homework before having me sign the paperwork. It's a very unorganized And In my opinion incompetent law office. Dont believe the hype. *Notice my review is 2 months old at the point with no response, but i see they have responded to a review only 2 weeks old. Funny......

Warm and welcoming receptionist , attentive with my concerns and got back with me in a timely manor . The Webster Groves location is very nice,clean & everyone was so nice !
