I have been a client of Onder Law since September or October of 2018. They were quick to send me out papers saying that I have hired them but have been slow every since. We are going into February of 2019 and I have yet to be informed if I even have a case. They lost the 1st set of medical records I sent them. So I had to resend them and make sure that someone signed for them. I understand that cases are not settled overnight but I would like to know something. I wanted to get the email address of the person that I speak with all the time cause it's easier to communicate that way Ppl have questions that come to them at random times. This person must be tired all the time or just like being rude. I'm in my 50's and don't think no one should be talked down too. If I'm able to say yes ma'am to you then do the same thing in return. Her bottom line to me was just sit back and wait call me and I'll get back with you when I can. Not professional at all. At this point one or two things will happen: they will drop me or hurry up with my case.

If I could put a zero I would This is the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Immediate contact, then nothing. These people should be barred from doing business.

Its hard just to talk to someone right away I have to leave a message and then usually I don't get a call back until later in the week

Very disappointed with this firm. Their paralegal assistants have poor communication skills or this firm had too many cases to look at.

Previously I had reviewed onder law with 5 stars, that no longer can be my review, as I have been transferred to another law office in ew York for a roundup settlement, with no knowledge of whom the law firm is I was definitely confused, then I was mis informed that onder is no longer my attorney but told by the other firm that onder is still my lawyer but has hired the new york firm only to settle this matter, I can obtain no information regarding this and am beyond frustrated. In the end onder cares nothing about any of us and is tge only ones happy with my unknown settlement
