I contacted Onder Law Firm about the litigation for Round-Up as I have used it and have been diagnosed with NHL. They contacted me right away and I talked to a representative. She gave me her name/number for contact. She sent me paperwork to filled out via a secure platform (virtual signatures) and I filled out everything. A month goes by and I received the SAME paperwork in the mail with someone else's name on the paperwork, although the cover letter was addressed correctly. I contacted the representative and the secretary told me she would call me back. I did not hear from anyone. After three days, I contacted again, left a message with the secretary and still have not hear anything. That was months ago. So, if you want to hear crickets from a law firm who gets your information mixed up with others, and doesn't keep track of their documents, please contact them. Me? I working with another firm.

I have heard nothing but great things about the Onder Law Firm. If I should ever have to find an attorney it would be with this firm.
