Poor communication. They update with blanket emails across their cases, do not reply to your emails, and never call you or pick up. Goodluck getting an update if you use these guys. Edit: after trying for a long time to get ahold of them I finally did to discover they have my settlement! Unfortunately they never sent it! They say they sent it and it should be here by (now). Unfortunately I don't know if this is a legit business at this point and I urge caution to anyone considering using this company.

I’m a disabled Cherokee Nation citizen considering and very possibly using Onderlaw to take my suboxone damage case. I used the product for six years now and continue to use the opiod medicine suboxone. I lost all my teeth and battle daily depression because of it. I’ve called into the suicide crisis line several times due to this issue. My teeth were my professional life. This situation now affects the totality of my disability situation. I want a firm that’s going to battle for my rights. I don’t want to be left with a penance of an award. So I’m really counting on onderlaw. I’ve had numerous firms locally. They want to try it in federal or tribal court here in Oklahoma. Don’t let me down onderlaw.

This lawfirm accepted my case in 2022. Throughout this time there was very little communication unless there was documentation being requested. Recently -March 2024...I'm informed that now the law firm decides to recend their service and not represent me and my case. If a citizen can be awarded multi millions for proving redbull doesn't give him wings where is the justice for family members being subject to toxic and deadly chemicals for years and lawfirms claim the reason of their death not being related....If you like being strung along waiting for answers that won't be in your favor this is the law firm for you.

Fantastic! My lawyer is all over everything. If there was an injustice Onder law is the place to go. The communication is easy, they all make me feel special and like I am the only client. Phone calls are returned as well as texts and emails. Very impressing group. They are my chosen family. I get monthly updates on long term cases. It is the best of the best. Good people work there. I don't recommend this onderlaw firm for any type of legal case. I have submitted the same requested documents three separate instances because onderlaw can't keep track of individuals case files. The list of negative issues about dealing with this law firm is too long to list at this time....don't be deceived by the 4+star reviews, Look how often ex-employees are leaving perfect reviews for this lawfirm...this alone is a red flag!!
