David was the ONLY attorney out of 10+ that I emailed who took the time to personally respond to me via email and guided me STEP BY STEP through the process of creating my LLC’s. EVERY other attorney responded via automated message, and never actually addressed any of my questions. I was pretty ignorant on the entire process, and David was more than patient with me and thoroughly educated me why _ works, and _ doesn’t. Saved me time and $ down the road by properly structuring my businesses correctly the first time around. Can’t recommend David enough!

Absolutely one of the worst lawyers I have ever had to deal with. He was not interested in defending me in the slightest he acted as an opportunist out to make a quick buck when I was in a bad position legally. He used a slight fee dispute to withdraw as my attorney even though he was paid later he still decided to withdraw and billed me unfairly an extra 3000 dollars which he was not owed. He failed to adequately inform me of a new court date which now has resulted in a default judgement against me which I hold him liable for. This guy is a manipulative nasal backstabbing weasel. One word avoid!

David was very reasonably priced, easy to schedule with, and easy to work with. We had a few unusual circumstances that he looked into and follow up with us on advice. He has always been very prompt in responding to my emails!
